Where does Forbs ship?
Forbs is currently available for delivery around the world.
Standard Shipping Fee is calculated at checkout. If the order is $150 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Standard delivery time is 5-21 days. We will be shipping out the order as soon as possible. Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped.

Please note that Duties and Taxes vary per country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email sales@tgmco.net
How can I change the country I am shopping in?
To change the currency you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), just click the little circle on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct country.

Why didn't I get any confirmation email?
If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation in the email address you provided. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was misplaced there. If you still can’t find it, please email sales@tgmco.net
I received an error message while trying to place an order.
Please check your email if you have received an email from us, if not, please email sales@tgmco.net so we can check if your order pushed through.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee that all our products are checked and are free from defects. We will gladly exchange you for any defective items you wish to return.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange, and the reason at sales@tgmco.net. Please make the subject either “Refund” or “Exchange to _____ (Size or Style number)” to ensure faster response.
Note that all products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure refund/ exchange within 28 days of purchase.
